Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F) and line a baking tray with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, mix cottage cheese, eggs, onion, carrot, oats, flour, salt, pepper, and herbs until well combined.
  3. Form small patties with your hands and place them on the prepared tray.
