Ingredients

  • 400 g unsweetened Greek yogurt
  • 4 eggs
  • 100 g honey or another sweetener (e.g., agave syrup)
  • 1 packet baking powder
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 100 g ground almonds (or hazelnuts)
  • 1 pinch salt
  • Optional: fresh fruits for decoration


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 180ยฐC (350ยฐF) and grease a cake pan.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk eggs and honey until smooth and slightly frothy.
  3. Mix in Greek yogurt and vanilla extract.
  4. In a separate bowl, combine ground almonds, baking powder, and salt.
  5. Fold dry ingredients into the wet mixture until fully combined.
  6. Pour batter into prepared pan and smooth the top.
